SHIPPING POLICY
● Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of the payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall do so by placing multiple orders.
● All orders are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery status on the website of the respective courier company. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
● We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it takes longer, up to 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller where there is a heavy demand.
● Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
● The payment methods that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid options. ERRAYNIX does not provide COD services for all pin codes. At checkout on erraynix.com , there is an option 'Check Cash On Delivery Availability' where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether COD is available at your address.
● The standard shipping of items shall be done free of charge. However, some items may have shipping costs depending on the nature of the product. However, shipping charges where applicable shall be non-refundable
● We shall ensure to update you with regard to your Order’s status at every step via emails or updates on the Website. In the event You are unable to read the emails or have not received the emails or any form of intimation, please reach out to our Customer Care at info.support@erraynix.com.
● Please examine the product at the time on delivery, to verify if the packaging is tampered or damaged. If the product is not in the ideal condition, please refuse the collection of the package, and call our customer service number at +91 6267498833 (10:00 a.m to 7:00 pm/6 days a week), or write to us on info.support@erraynix.com mentioning your order reference number and details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
● Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons.
● Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
● We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
