ERRAYNIX Return and Replacement Policy

ERRAYNIX will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 1 day of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.

● Wrong Product has been received.
● Damaged product has been received.
● Documentary evidence in the form of a photo or video.
● Delayed delivery of the product. In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (ERRAYNIX is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).

We will arrange for a reverse-pickup in case of wrong or damaged product received. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any
missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to
be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.

The request will, however, be entertained once technicians at ERRAYNIX have checked and determined the issue at our end.

Replacement can be made if the customer reports the same to our Customer Service team by calling at +91- 6267498833 (10:00 a.m to 7:00 pm/6 days a week), or write an email to info.support@erraynix.com.

A refund / replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look sound quality of a defect free product or if a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not entertained for the orders placed/purchased through any offer or discount during special occasions. Users can cancel their placed order until it has not been initiated for the shipment process. Please note prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
